A healthy lifestyle does not mean too much or too little of a single thing. To live a healthy lifestyle means to have balance. To find the happy medium. To incorporate exercise into the daily routine, but to not make it another "to do". Rather, find something you love to do! Take a hike, a jog, a bike ride! Being active doesn't mean going to the gym and pounding out the heavy weights. It means getting off the couch and viewing exercise as a way to energize, strengthen, and relax ourselves!

Eating healthy doesn't mean NEVER eating sweets, or following a ridiculously strict diet. Cutting a food group completely out of your diet is never healthy, or is the way our bodies are meant to run. Instead focus on eating MORE of the right things. Eat those fruits and greens. Get that protein. And YES, eat those carbs! Just make sure you eat healthy portions of each. Changing the mindset of how you view food will change the way you choose to fuel your body.
